All reservations must be secured by credit card details or a deposit, unless by prior arrangement.

No deposit or prepayment will be charged from credit card details supplied unless requested. Additional discounts or rebates will be applied to special offers or discounted rates at our discretion.

Cancellation Policy

For individual reservations, cancellations received more than 14 days prior to 2.00pm on the date of check-in, will attract no cancellation fee. Failure to cancel less than 14 days prior to check-in will result in full tariff being charged.

For multiple or group reservations, 30 days notice of cancellation is required. Depending on the size of the group, we may also require an advance deposit.
