Bookings / Reservations and Special Offers
All reservations must be secured by credit card details or a deposit, unless by prior arrangement.
No deposit or prepayment will be charged from credit card details supplied, unless requested. Additional discounts or rebates will be applied to special offers or discounted rates at our discretion.
Cancellation Policy
For individual reservations, cancellations received more than 24 hours prior to 2.00pm on the date of check-in, will attract no cancellation fee.
For cancellations within 24 hours of check-in, a fee of 50% of the first nights tariff will be charged.
Secured reservations will be held until 10.00 am on the day following due check-in. Failure to cancel, or check-in on the due date, will result in the full nights tariff being charged.
For multiple or group reservations, 30 days notice of cancellation is required.
