Cancellation and Booking Policy

• Our policy is that we must have your credit card details to confirm your booking.
• Our cancellation policy is 24 hours’ notice. If this is not given you will be charged 50% of your accommodation costs.
• Failure to check in or cancel by 6pm on the night of arrival will incur a 100% charge of your accommodation costs.
• Phone calls made from the units will be automatically added to you account.
• Snacks and refreshments are available in some units and will be added to your account, if used.
